                              RESOLUTION NO. 21641
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH FRANK McDONALD ARCHITECTS, PC,
                 RELATIVE TO CONSTRUCTION OF A MAINTENANCE
                 FACILITY FOR ROSS'S LANDING, FOR A TOTAL COST
                 NOT TO EXCEED ELEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                 DOLLARS ($11,500.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Frank McDonald Architects, PC,
       relative to construction of a maintenance facility at Ross's
       Landing, for a total cost not to exceed $11,500.00.
